Evolution
BAR MITTS evolved from many years of hang gliding and cold
winter rides. Hang gliding mitts are used on a straight
steering control bar. During the cold months, I used my
hang gliding mitts on top of my bicycle handle bars. However,
as one can imagine, not being on the shifter and brake levers
had its downfalls especially when it came to descents and
emergency braking.
For years, I designed various Bar Mitt prototypes that enclosed
the shifter and brake levers. I am so pleased that the final
product is now available for sale. We hope you enjoy Bar
Mitts and many warm rides.
Return Policy
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
return with the original tags along with a copy of the invoice.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
A refund will be issued upon receipt to the original credit
card for the item(s) amount (less shipping & handling
if applicable). Please allow up to two billing cycles for
your statement to reflect the credit. Returns can be shipped
to 3305 Ormsby Lane, Carson City, NV 89704.
Exchanges: If you prefer a different
size or different color, we can do an exchange. Please notify
us by e-mail at BarMitts@charter.net
Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will let you know what the
shipping cost will be for the exchange(s). Packages should
be returned pre-paid since we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We recommend that you return items via UPS or Parcel Post
with confirmation of delivery.
Guarantee:
Bar Mitt’s products are fully warranted to
the original owner against manufacturers’ defects
in materials and workmanship. If a product ever fails due
to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge,
or replace it, at our option. Repairs due to accident, improper
care, or negligence, where we are not at fault, will be
performed at a reasonable charge. Bar Mitts wants you to
be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Attention International Buyers:
Any fee associated with customs, duties, tariff, or brokerage,
if demanded by any carrier, during the course of import
entry into the destination country is to be paid by the
recipient of goods but not the shipper
