Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days

Due to the current global crisis, your order may experience delays in both processing time and shipping. We are working closely with USPS and FedEx to update our shipping times to reflect accurate estimates.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates for delivery within the United States

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Bar Mitts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Currently only USPS shipping is offered for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email and/or SMS.

International Shipping & Handling Policy 

Shipping times can vary widely due to the international pandemic, shipping times may be as much as 30 days.

 

Damages

Bar Mitts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
